Beverage coverage pricing is based on guest count and service time. Pricing includes staffing, supplies, logistics, and administration required to manage beverages during your event.

This pricing model is used for weddings, corporate events, private parties, and dry events.

Pricing is based on guest count and service time. Staffing, supplies, setup, delivery, and administration are included.

Most events fall within the ranges below.

  • $4.00–$6.00 per guest
    2.5-hour base service window
    Minimum coverage: 75 guests

    Service ONLY

    Includes:

    • Alcohol or Non Alcohol Service ONLY

    • We serve what you bring

    • Disposable Cups, ice, and napkins

    • Beverage setup, serving, monitoring, and cleanup

    • Event Beverage Customer Support

    Not Included:

    • Mixers

    • Sodas

    • Tables

    • Linens

    • Alcohol

    Additional service time is added at $1.00-$2.00 per guest per hour

  • $7.00–$10.00 per guest
    2.5-hour base service window
    Minimum coverage: 75 guests

    Service + Beverages (Non Alcoholic)

    Includes:

    • NON Alcoholic Service Staff

    • NON Alcoholic Beverages (soda, soda bar, or mocktail-style service)

    • ALL beverages, syrups, juices, garnishes

    • ALL Disposable Cups, Straws Napkins, Ice

    • Beverage setup, serving, monitoring, and cleanup

    • Event Beverage Customer Support

    Additional service time is added at $1.00-$2.00 per guest per hour

  • $11.00–$14.00 per guest
    3-hour base service window
    Minimum coverage: 75 guests

    Service + Beverages (Cocktail Mixers and Non Alcoholic)

    Includes:

    • Licensed and insured bartender(s)

    • NON Alcoholic Beverages (soda, soda bar, or mocktail-style service)

    • ALL Standard cocktail mixers and supplies

    • Alcohol service setup and monitoring

    • ALL beverages, syrups, juices, garnishes

    • ALL Disposable Cups, Straws Napkins, Ice

    • Beverage setup, serving, monitoring, and cleanup

    • Event Beverage Customer Support

    Alcohol is not included.

    Additional service time is added at $2.00-$3.00 per guest per hour
